Introduction to ShipSure Crew
The ShipSure Crew application connects the ship and shore based operations enabling them to communicate in real time through replication.
- For the Office : When the office logs into the ShipSure application they will have access to each Crew Module within ShipSure and selecting a Vessel or a Fleet
- User profiles : Define which modules within the ShipSure application are available for Actioning or are Read Only
The ShipSure Crew modules:
- Crew Search enables the user to Search for Crew, Add Crew and Tasks, arrange for Sign On and Off, Create a Line up for crew changes and many more functions.
- Crew List enables the user to view the crew that is currently on board the vessel along with any planned crew changes
- Task Management enables the user to assign tasks to crew members to make them ready for joining the vessel

Recruitment Request List enables the user to make or edit recruitment requests for seafarers.

Mobilisation Overview enables the user to view and manage the planning and mobilisation of seafarers to vessels.

NAN Manager enables the user to send the next assignment details to the seafarer on their mobile app.

Crew Seafarer Profile can be used to store all seafarer personal and mobilisation information. This information can be maintained and viewed only.

Contract Creation enables the user to create a contract for seafarers.

Centralised Request allows users to create, manage and track operational requests related to crew services.

Promotion Management enables users to search for promotable seafarers across the crew pool, and for creating and tracking a promotion event/process.

Recruitment Tracking enables users to review the entire recruitment process.

Flag State Trackingg enables users to oversee changes in the entry of Full Term (FT) flag state endorsements.

Training Booking provides users with a centralised platform for crew training activities.

Operational Working List enables users to create a custom list of seafarers.

Crew Expenses provides users, based on guidelines and set limitation, the ability to approve or reject seafarer crew expense reimbursement applications.
